SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time We currently ship to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date your order is processed. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays Oura Skin is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed please contact us at ouraskinglow@gmailcom.and we'll do everything we can to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still can't locate it email us at ouraskinglow@gmailcom. within 7 days and we'll investigate and resolve it.
